After a week, I’ve settled nicely into my “corner office.” I brought my monitors from the office but using the desk we bought for the bedroom. I don’t want to take too much out of my NMBA office, as I’m sure we’ll be back at some point this year. However, the Board has canceled all events, of course, which included the summer convention and awards gala. As I have begun to redesign the NMBA website in WordPress, it’s somewhat of a relief.
However, as we begin in earnest this work-from-home condition, I find that I’m sharing my home with my husband (working), my son (working on Eastern time) and my brother (evicted). Four adults in one house 24-7 – no matter how big the house might be – is a challenge. So far, we’re making it work.
